🎫 Ticket Collection

Before entering Everland:

1. Go to the Group Ticket Office first.
2. Show your reservation message and mention "답사권" when collecting your tickets.
3. Collect your admission tickets.
4. Enter Everland through the main entrance.

Please do not go directly to the main entrance before collecting your tickets.

If you experience any issues at the Group Ticket Office, please let the staff know that you are visiting through Exprivé. If further assistance is needed, please contact the Everland staff member whose contact information will be provided before your visit.
